RAZE is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Order Processing Time
All orders at RAZE are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or public holidays.
Please note that shipping time for International orders may be delayed due to clearance at customs of designated countries and the required processing time may be subjected to the local e-Commerce import laws. RAZE does not have control over this process and is not responsible for any shipping delay due to this reason.

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email after 5 working days of purchases, please reach us at email@example.com.
Using your tracking number, you can follow the delivery process of your order by visiting our partner's website Kerry Express.
Reminder: Your order will need to be signed for on receipt.
In the case of a missed delivery, Kerry Express will arrange a second attempt at delivery. A second SMS will then be sent to you as a pre-delivery notification. If the second delivery attempt is unsuccessful, you will need to call Kerry Express for a re-delivery arrangement. The Order will be returned to our warehouse after a week of unsuccessful deliveries. If the failed delivery order is returned to our warehouse, please contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange a new delivery. A new delivery order will be placed and an additional delivery fee will be at your cost.
