The Raze UV activator base is a UV lamp base that boosts the speed and effectiveness of Raze Original up to 300%.
To use, simply place the bottle of Raze Original on top of the activator for 5-10 minutes until the contents have turned blue.
No, the Raze UV activator base is not necessary for Raze Original to work.
Raze Original performs well and can kill 99.99% bacteria for up to 3 months under any light source.
The UV activator base simply boosts the speed of its performance and other UV lamps can produce a similar effect.
When using the UV activator for the first time, please allow the product to charge for 15 to 20 minutes.
The UV activator lamp will automatically turn itself off after 5-7 minutes so please re-place the bottle on the base to allow the lamp to turn back on.
No, it is not necessary to finish Raze Original after being activated.
Without UV light exposure, the activated Raze Original will slowly lose its blue hue and return to its translucent state until the next charge. Therefore, it can be charged infinitely many times.
There are far too many aspects of the outside environment that is outside of our control, so we cannot guarantee that Raze Original will turn blue under the sunlight.
The only way to test out the effectiveness of the product is to place it on top of the UV activator base. If the product does not turn blue in 15 minutes, it means it is no longer active, if this is the case, please contact us to help provide you with a solution.
Yes! We recommend using Raze Original on top of your clothing before leaving your house as a protective measure.
Therefore, when outside bacterial sources come into contact with your clothing, they will be broken down by the coating of Raze Original.
Yes. However, please be advised to spray Raze Original from the 35mm distance.
For best results, please use Raze Original on waterproof electronics and cover up the camera lens, any buttons, and the charging port.
To prevent the formation of water and blur spots from the discrepancy in spraying distance on items made from metal, mirrors with surfaces akin to glass.
We do not recommend using Raze Original on such surfaces.
Other than containing photocatalyst nanoparticles, our Raze Original formula also contains sol-gel, an ingredient that allows for Raze Original to effectively create a coating on surfaces it is being used on. The white settlement you sometimes see is the result of the crystallization of this film-forming ingredient.
This is a completely normal phenomenon as crystallization is something that cannot be predicted. As long as Raze Original displays a blue hue under the UV activator lamb, it means the photocatalyst nanoparticles are still active. The settlement does not affect the way Raze Original performs.
