The Social Welfare Department opened enrollment on November 2nd for “Antibacterial application subsidy”, supporting the 1100 nursing homes and homes for the disabled, as well as 300-day care centers to be sprayed with an anti-bacterial coating, strengthening preventative measures against the pandemic.
